The first things to go from your life when you start going sugar-free are desserts and treats. That’s probably because desserts account for nearly half your sugar intake in the whole day. But does that mean you cannot enjoy desserts at all? Of course not, especially since we bring you these sugar-free desserts to try!
We will not only help you with ideas, we will also get you the recipes that you can try. But that’s not where we draw the line; you can also have some of the best ready to have sugar-less desserts on the market!
You can have a delicious banana ice-cream! All you will need for this dessert is a few frozen bananas and a good food processor. The quantity of banana will of course depend on the amount of servings. But one frozen banana should serve one.
Now you just need to process the bananas in the processor and your dessert is ready. You can also sprinkle a bit of dark cocoa powder on top and a few nuts.
If you don’t like having apples just like that, you can make and enjoy baked apples instead! All you need to do is core the apples, and stuff the middle with a filling of nuts and dried fruit. Don’t go overboard with the filling though. Next you need to place your apples in a microwave-friendly container, pour 2-3 tablespoons of water – this softens the apples, and ensures they won’t get burnt. You can also sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
Microwave the apples on high heat for 5 minutes; let it sit for another five. And then a delicious and naturally healthy dessert is ready to have. And you won’t need any sugar at all!
